Griffin Holtby

Griffin Holtby brings energy, heart, and connection to every performance – even when it’s just him and a guitar.

His songs tell the story of a winding journey touching on love, rejection, abandonment, and perseverance. Born in Russia and adopted at eight months old, Griffin was raised in Texas and brings that same resilient spirit to his music.

He’s a close friend of William Dunnill from Willy & The Wildcards and part of the same community of musicians who have helped shape the sound of The Rook.

This solo acoustic set will feature a mix of his original songs along with a variety of covers across rock, country, and pop. Whether it’s something familiar or something personal, Griffin knows how to keep a room engaged from start to finish.

He’s a true performer and a great hang. We’re glad to have him at The Rook.
