Coleman Jennings
November 21, 2026 | 7:30 pm - 10 pm
I am incredibly high on this young artist.
Coleman Jennings is still in his early 20s and studying English at the University of Texas, but he is already touring the country with Robert Earl Keen, Charles Wesley Godwin & 49 Winchester.
Those are monster names, and Coleman is headed straight up.
With a hypnotic vibrato, old-school Western twang & a sound that feels both timeless and completely his own, Coleman has already drawn comparisons to Willie Nelson & Townes Van Zandt.
His influences include John Denver, Bob Dylan, Townes, The Eagles, Blaze Foley, John Hartford & Lynyrd Skynyrd, but Coleman is not simply recreating the past. He is building something original.
His debut album, Lead You Home, was produced by Grammy-winning producer Dave Cobb, whose credits include Chris Stapleton & Sturgill Simpson.
Over time, this booking is going to look very, very good.
Coleman Jennings comes to The Rook on Saturday, November 21, for our second of two Co-Shows of the Year.
