Bourbon & Bites with Toby Thomason

Join us for a special evening of bourbon, bites, and great conversation as we welcome one of McKinney’s most respected spirits experts, Toby Thomason.

Toby has helped shape many of Downtown McKinney’s top food and drink spots, and he’ll be guiding us through a curated bourbon and whiskey flight. Along the way, he’ll share tasting notes, pairing tips, and a bit of bourbon history that makes the experience even better.

The flight will be accompanied by a selection of appetizer bites thoughtfully matched to the general profiles of the pours. Our full menu will also be available if you’d like to stay and dine after the tasting.
